Water Damage Re-Construction Marengo

This home had experienced a water damage caused by a broken pipe in the kitchen. The damage went into other areas dining room, hallway and basement. Because the water loss was not discovered right away there was mold on the subfloor in the basement. We remediated the mold then remediated the water damage. The homeowner came to us with a challenge to do the reconstruction within the budget of money provided by the insurance company and give them upgrades requested by the insured. Once the reconstruction was completed the insured was extremely happy. Another home restored
